  1. Order Status / Package Tracking

How can I track my order?
To check the status of your order, simply follow the instructions in your order confirmation email or use the "Chat With Us" window on the Batrazzi website. Here’s how to track your package using both methods:

Order Confirmation Email

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Here's how to track it:

  1. Find the TRACKING NUMBER in the body of the email (it will look something like LY953098540CN).
  2. Copy the tracking number and click on it to be directed to the order status page.
  3. Paste your tracking number into the provided text box on the status page, then click TRACK.

Using the "Chat With Us" Window

  1. Visit the Batrazzi website and click the blue Chat With Us button on the bottom left.
  2. Enter your order number and email address in the chat window.
  3. After submitting, you'll receive a link to the order status page.
  4. Copy the tracking number from the confirmation email and paste it into the tracking box on the status page, then click TRACK.

Note: If you didn’t receive an order confirmation email, check your spam or junk mail folder, or the Promotions folder in Gmail. If our email is found there, add support@batrazzi.com to your contacts or mark it as "not spam" to ensure future emails go directly to your inbox.


  1. Modifying or Cancelling an Order

Can I add an item to my order after it’s been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment process immediately. For security reasons, we do not store payment information, so we cannot charge you for additional items. If you need more items, you’ll need to place a new order.

We recommend double-checking your order for accuracy before completing the payment process.

Can I remove an item from my order after it’s been placed?
If you need to remove an item, please contact us within one hour of placing your order, and we will assist you. After this time, we can no longer modify the order.

If your order has already shipped, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

Can I combine multiple orders or get a refund for shipping costs?
We are unable to combine multiple orders into a single shipment or refund shipping costs, as each order is processed individually. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before submitting payment to avoid multiple orders.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our return policy for full details.


  1. Order Issues

I’m missing an item from my order.
Before reaching out to customer service, please check all packaging materials and cavities inside the boxes thoroughly. Every order is carefully packed and weighed at our warehouse, but if you still cannot find your item, contact us for further assistance.

I received the wrong item.
We apologize for the mix-up! If you received the wrong product, please contact Batrazzi Customer Service right away. Be sure to include photos of the incorrect product and the packing slip to help speed up the process. Please keep all original packaging, as the incorrect item must be returned to us (we will cover return shipping costs). Once we receive the return, we will ship the correct item.

My item was damaged during shipping.
If your item was damaged in transit, please contact Batrazzi Customer Service immediately with photos of the damage from multiple angles, including pictures of the box, packing material, and packing slip. We will replace the damaged item at no additional cost. Be sure to keep all packaging, as the shipping carrier may need to inspect it.
