We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review the policy below before starting a return.
- Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be new, unassembled, unused, and in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included.
- If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, you’re welcome to return it—but you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- If your order included Free Shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Any shipping fees paid at checkout are nonrefundable.
- Used, assembled, or incomplete products cannot be returned or exchanged.
If we made a mistake (like sending the wrong item) or your product arrived defective, we’ll gladly cover the return shipping cost.
REFUND PROCESSING
We aim to process refunds within 3 business days of receiving your return. During busy seasonal periods, this may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience! Rest assured, this doesn't affect your approval.
- Replacements & Special Cases
- If your product was used or assembled and develops an issue within 30 days, you might still qualify for a replacement, depending on the situation.
- Always contact us first at support@batrazzi.com before sending anything back. We’ll confirm the correct return address and help avoid any delays, lost packages, or return complications.
- Do not send items without prior communication—returns sent to the wrong address may not be processed.

RC cars and related products must be handled with care. Here’s what you need to know:
- Batrazzi is not responsible for damage caused by crashes.
- We are not liable for improper installation of any product.
- It’s your responsibility to make sure a product fits your needs and to assume any risks related to its use.
- Please read all instruction manuals and follow the manufacturer's guidelines
- Batrazzi is not liable for injuries, crashes, or lost/damaged parts that may occur while using RC vehicles. Always operate with caution and common sense.
